The HTC Desire 526G+ has been launched in India in 8GB and 16GB versions at price tags of Rs 10400 and Rs 11400, respectively. Staying true to the cost, the smartphone features a rather modest appearance in black, or white with bits of sky blue highlights.

You can expect the HTC Desire 526G+ to hit retail availability anytime soon since it has been pegged for launch in the last week of this month. The handset packs in an octa core processor (probably from MediaTek) clocked at a rate of 1.7GHz and 1GB of RAM.

Since HTC’s aiming for the entry-level market here, it has slipped two SIM card slots into the device. The company’s very own Sense UI will be sitting on top of the Android v4.4 KitKat OS of course, and you’ll find a 4.7-inch qHD touchscreen nailed across the front.
