Owners can geocache seamlessly with Groundspeak’s Geocaching for Android Application. In order to highlight user’s precise location, Android handsets use a blend of GPS, Wi-Fi positioning and cell towers. The handy app searches the Geocaching.com database in real-time and offers a list of geocaches close to the user’s location.
The searching experience is enhanced as users can explore by current location, address or GC code. Apart from filtering searches from the Geocaching.com results, owners can effortlessly access geocache details, including description, photo gallery, attributes, recent logs, hint and inventory.
Users can look for Trackable details including item goals and store geocache listings like maps and images for easy retrieval and offline use. The Log geocache function finds and posts notes in the field. Users can download active pocket queries for use when they are outside network coverage.
