Google Shopper 1.5 for iPhone enables easier finding of deals

Google Shopper 1.5 The enhanced Google Shopper 1.5 for iPhone app which makes finding deals in the vicinity easier has been declared by the official Google mobile blog. Besides the ‘Shop’ tab, this new version incorporates two more tabs namely, Offers and My Offers. Just yesterday, we had reported about Google Maps 5.8 for Android that underwent certain changes for enhanced use.

Via ‘Offers tab’ users can view a list or map of nearby offers which businesses have submitted through Google Places. It includes restaurant and movie theater deals along with discounts on tennis lessons or a round of golf. If users cannot avail of an offer at a particular time and want to save it for later use, they can redeem them through the My Offers tab.

Furthermore, users will be enabled to view and redeem their purchased offers on the My Offers tab if Google Offers are available in their city. User in the cities of Portland, Oregon, the San Francisco Bay Area and New York can avail of this application. Other cities are also scheduled to be added to this list soon.

Google Shopper 1.5 for iPhone can be downloaded for free from the App Store and is only available to users in the U.S. and U.K. with iOS 4.0 or higher. This new version can be downloaded for Android phones from the Android Market for free, while existing Google Shopper users will automatically receive an update.
