Google Nexus 5 may arrive in India at the end of November

The Google Nexus 5 may not have a release date for India as yet, but it does have a launch window and users who cannot wait to get a taste of KitKat will be glad to know that it is arriving sometime in the fourth week of this month. But here’s the bad news. This has not been announced officially and the details have cropped up through Snapdeal, an e-retailer which has put the gadget up on pre-order.

The Nexus 5 has already been made available in the US and some other countries and the search engine giant doesn’t seem to want to waste time in bringing it to India. Its product page had gone live on the Play store the day the phone was introduced and revealed the price for the subcontinent as well. Snapdeal hasn’t mentioned for how much it will be selling the next generation Google contender, but the online store wants you to pay Rs 999 in advance to book it.
