FanPulse iPhone App

App-realm has just got yet another engaging app from the iPhone segment. FanPulse has recently announced the first version of its iPhone app. Users can now follow their favorite teams and trash-talk with their friends.

Cracking a grin on everyone’s face, the app flies high as a great way to follow the sports one loves, and is available just in time for the Super Bowl this weekend. Users can now happily check-in to games to chat and exchange words with friends who are also watching.

“We’re very excited to give sports fans a way to connect with their friends around sports,” expressed Vishwas Prabhakara, Founder and CEO of FanPulse. “For so long, fans have been inundated with more stats, more news, more data. But no one has focused on what makes sports such a key social driver – helping fans talk to each other about the sports they love.”

Further, sports fans who find little difficult to watch a game can stop arching their shoulders as well. Users can now get scores and fill up their board of knowledge with breaking news hitting the screen of their iPhone. FunPulse covers the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, college basketball, college football, and the English Premier League.

Upon downloading the app, users can set up their favorite teams and find other friends that are using FanPulse via Facebook, Twitter and their iPhone address book. In fact, sports buffs can then ‘Check-in’ to a game, telling their friends they are watching, and immediately shout, or send a message, to friends who are also watching the game. Pretty interestingly, the app lets fans enter their Facebook and Twitter logins to publish all their check-ins and shouts.

FanPulse app for iPhone can now be purchased from the App Store.
