Evernote for iPhone gets Version 3.4.2 update

Evernote logoBack in August last year, we reported that the Evernote app gets upgraded to 3.3.8 as well as made its appearance on Android and Blackberry. After pleasing owners of the latter two devices, the software has forayed back into the iPhone complete with a version 3.4.2 update.

As the company reveals, there have been various enhancements made towards the stability during note creation and synchronization with the introduction of this version. iPhone owners can expect added support for Traditional Chinese. Besides this, the latest update seems to tackle various other bug fixes in order to enhance the Evernote experience on the iPhone device. Furthermore, attachments can be better handled on the Apple iPad thanks to this latest update.

The other features Evernote boasts about include creating photo, text and audio notes as well as the ability to auto-synchronize notes to PC, Mac and Internet. For quick access, iPhone users can even mark notes as ‘Favorite’. Search and mapping options are enhanced with the inclusion of geo-location information. A premium attribute covers File Synchronization where owners can access, sync and add as well as share files such as Excel, PPT and Word among other versions of Evernote.
