The Eufloria HD game for iPad has made its way to the App Store. In this ambient space exploration title, players have to plan strategies for conquering asteroids floating in the realms and depths of the universe.

This entrant gives iPad owners the option of playing it in a variety of modes including a Story mode which features 25 levels. While the Relaxed Mode lets gamers play without any time restrictions, the Dark Matter mode is a more slick and challenging method which can be used by those who have mastered the skills.

Developer Rudolf Kremers, stated, “Eufloria features strategic game play, but with no complicated interface. It allows for exploration and expansion without the frustration of being punished for small mistakes. There isn’t a space marine in sight. Eufloria’s game play is based on growing your life forms on the asteroids that you conquer throughout the game. It’s intergalactic guerrilla gardening.”

Players of Eufloria have to take on the avatar of the interstellar floral life forms’ commander. These tiny organisms live on the resources they obtain from asteroids. Furthermore, the seedlings produced by the Dyson Trees that grow on asteroids have to be used for the purpose of colonizing and conquering them. The main aim of the game is to make these Dyson Trees grow bigger and stronger for the production of more seedlings.
