The sleek Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now available through Cricket Communications. Running on the Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS, this tablet will be retailing via this network carrier dressed in a metallic gray color.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is powered by a 1GHz dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor and comes integrated with 16GB of internal memory. It is embedded with a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 WXGA TFT LCD display and is capable of lending support to various connectivity options such as Bluetooth 3.0, HSPA, GPRS, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n.

Featuring 1GB RAM, this slate is equipped with a 2MP front facing camera and a 3MP rear facing snapper possessing autofocus, LED flash and 720p HD video recording capabilities. To keep users entertained, it is incorporated with various apps such as Social Hub, Music Hub and Readers Hub.

The Cricket Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 can now be purchased from the company’s stores for a price of $499.99. This tablet can also be bought as part of a special bundle that the network carrier has introduced and which includes one month of Cricket broadband service along with the Crosswave, a dual mode DO/Wi-Fi device. The package is priced at $594.99.
