Cognos, which offers business intelligence and performance management solutions has announced to extend its mobile business solutions to Cognos 8 Go! Mobile. Thus Nokia and Cognos join hands to deliver solutions to their customers across the world.
The Cognos 8 Go! Mobile application supports all the Nokia N-series and E-series handsets which are based on the S60 3rd Edition on the Symbian Operating System. This application allows users like business intelligence (BI) to access it through their handsets or on the Web.
Cognos 8 Go! Mobile offers its consumers the ability to easily view, consume and interact with highly relevant performance information on their handsets. It also securely delivers enterprise data via an intuitive interface optimized for different types of mobile phones.
Cognos 8 Go! Mobile allows customers like Stockmann, which is a department and fashion store chain in Finland to deliver greater value and immediate interaction with key business information.
