Champion Trendy 531 phablet unveiled in association with BSNL

Champion Computers has joined hands with BSNL to launch a new 3G smartphone that goes by the name of Trendy 531 which has been pegged at a price of just under Rs 14,000 in India. And as it has already been put up for sale, interested users can head over to the official website to lay their hands on it right away.

The Android phablet offers a multi-touch area of 5.3 inches and the IPS capacitive display can be expected to deliver decent-quality visuals. The front panel of the device that has dimensions of 151.10 x 80.5 x 9.8 millimeters, also supports a 2MP camera for video calling purposes, while the rear side has a 13MP snapper complete with LED flash and some other photography modes. This handset tips the scales at around 200 grams when weighed along with the battery.

It has been embedded with dual SIM card slots along with a microSD card bay to increase the internal storage capacity by up to 32GB. The driving force behind the phone is a quad core processor that can clock in a maximum speed of 1.2GHz as well as 1GB of RAM.
