bSafe safety app for Android and iOS devices updated

The recently updated bSafe for Android and iOS devices will help you keep your calm if you’re a mother, father, brother, sister or just about anyone who constantly worries about the safety of their loved ones. The app offers a whole lot of security features from right within its interface without requiring you to switch between applications to access various functions.

One of the main features is understandably location sharing which permits you to tell friends and family members who have been added to your circle of bSafe contacts, where you’re at. Of course, it’s not necessary to let everyone know where you are at all times, though your location will be shared for your security in case of an emergency or when you resort to I´m Here or Follow Me.

Follow Me has a timer which will let you select for how long you’d like to share your location with those in your network and I’m Here is self-explanatory we assume. The software includes bSafe maps to help you make your way around places without too much trouble and a flashlight too for when street lighting may be absent.

When in danger, you can trigger an alarm with an optional siren when needed and action will kick-start video as well as voice recording apart from beaming your location to contacts watching over you. Another handy mechanism keeps the interface open and prevents your phone from getting locked automatically so safety is always at your fingertips.

You can invite as many contacts as you want into your safety net and once they accept your request, you become their guardian too by default. There may be times when you’re headed for a meeting or date you know you’re going to want to get out of. The application’s Fake Call feature which can be set for a particular times will ring up as your best friend or anyone you choose.

The bSafe app can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store as well as Apple iTunes.
