Bluetooth accessories have totally revamped the entire communication realm since they are now considered a fashion statement by mobile enthusiasts all over the world. BlueAnt Wireless has enriched its Q2 product line with the newest Q2 Platinum Bluetooth headset.

The newly unleashed peripheral ensures noise reduction and impeccable call clarity. The incorporated Wind Armour technology claims to be the most advanced noise cancellation technology. The device comes integrated with Microsoft Bing 411 service which helps users effortlessly access stock quotes, movie times, weather, sports, news, traffic updates and more.

“We’re committed to giving consumers the flexibility to choose the headset that best fits their unique style as well as their mobile communications needs. With the Q2 Platinum, we’re offering a savvy color choice that accentuates the Q2’s strikingly stylish design,” commented David Hogan, CEO of BlueAnt Wireless. “This new headset has all the advanced functionality of the award-winning Q2, so it not only looks sophisticated but also sounds great, which makes it a great gift for anyone with discerning taste this holiday season.”

In order to play text messages through the peripheral, users will have to download the free Android application. When paired with any Q2 headset, the SafeReader app enables owners to hear text and e-mail messages on various Blackberry and Android 2.0 or above mobile phones. The offering comes along with A2DP audio streaming and multi-point capabilities.

Owners can seamlessly use various phone commands to make calls and enjoy a complete hands-free experience. The peripheral enables users to answer or reject an incoming call simply by calling out ‘answer’ or ‘ignore’. Further, the enthralling Caller Name Announce feature reads out the incoming caller’s name from a database of around 2,000 mobile phone contacts saved on the handset.

The BlueAnt Q2 Platinum can now be snapped up through the official website for $129.
