BlackBerry is continuing its tenth anniversary celebrations in India by placing a sizable discount on its flagship phone, the Z30. Upon its release, this smartphone was priced at Rs 39,990, but its cost has now been reduced to Rs 34,990. That makes it a price cut of Rs 5,000 which will last for two months from today onwards.
The struggling company had earlier placed a huge discount on the Z10 as well, which had resulted in the stocks of this model running out at the start of this month. BlackBerry announced earlier today that the Z10 is back in stocks and will sell at the same discounted price of Rs 17,990.
Coming back to the Z30, this smartphone was released by the company in October last year with advanced specifications onboard. These include a 5-inch Super AMOLED display, an 8MP camera, a dual core processor and more. Furthermore, this device runs the latest version of the BB 10 OS as well.
Sized at 72mm x 140.7mm x 9.4mm, it tips the scales at 170 grams. 16GB worth of storage memory is made available with the phone, apart from 2GB worth of RAM. The internal storage can be expanded further by means of the device’s microSD card slot.
The BlackBerry Z30 can be bought at its reduced price through retail as well as online outlets. A white colored version can be procured only through Flipkart.
