Buyback offer means BlackBerry Z30 price in India is Rs 29990 now

The BlackBerry Z30 has been hit with yet another price cut, this time in the form of a buyback offer in India which lowers the cost of the BB 10 OS smartphone to Rs 29990. All you have to do is give up your old handset and the company will throw in a Rs 5000 discount or so, depending on its condition. This is undoubtedly being done to clear shelves off as many BlackBerry devices as possible given the Canadian manufacturer’s future plans.

But all BlackBerry is saying is that the Z30 is being sold with the buyback deal owing to the encouraging response received on the BlackBerry Z10 price cut. With regards to the company’s future devices roadmap, it plans to launch the Z3 in the coming week in India for anything between Rs 11000 and Rs 15000. And just this month, it also revealed its upcoming Classic handset as well as the delicious-looking Passport phone that CrackBerry was kind enough to post photos of.
