The BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 Graphite has been announced and will go on sale in the next couple of days. It’s priced at a whopping Rs 99990 and is the latest addition to the series of luxury phones produced by the company.
The handset only differs from its predecessor in looks. The BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 Graphite has graphite-metallic colored elements and leather on its back cover. There are no major updates in terms of specs, which is disappointing considering its previous variant was released a year ago.
The Porsche Design P’9983 Graphite has a 3.1-inch 720 x 720p touchscreen with a pixel resolution of 330ppi. A physical QWERTY keyboard occupies the bottom half of the device. It runs on a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 (MSM8960) SoC supported by 2GB of RAM and a 2100mAh battery.
The 4G-ready handset runs on BlackBerry 10 and contains 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. It carries an 8MP rear lens and a 2MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and microHDMI.
