AT&T had unveiled the LG eXpo few days back and now AuthenTec packages the LG smartphone with Smart Sensor technology. The LG eXpo claims to be the first smartphone available in the U.S. that offers multiple features and functions of AuthenTec’s AES1711 integrated input control solution.
With Smart Sensor fingerprint recognition from AuthenTec, the security of the smartphone is ensured even without pin codes and passwords. This innovative technology offers precise cursor control for text editing, 4-way menu navigation, and AuthenTec’s unique turbo-scroll feature for swift browsing of long emails, contact lists or websites.

The LG eXpo boasts of a whooping 1GHz processor and boots Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional. With the device’s optional LG mobile projector accessory, users can easily display and share Web pages, documents, photos and videos.
