AT&T will carry Samsung Omnia in Q3 of 2008

Samsung Omnia Samsung’s much awaited iPhone-killer called the Omnia is said to hit the markets in Q3 of 2008 through AT&T network. This much hyped phone is loaded with quality features.

The Samsung Omnia is packed with a 5 megapixel camera, a 3.2-inch touchscreen, HSDPA (7.2Mbps), WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, and FM radio (with RDS) and Divx certification (with H.263, H.264 support). Its camera features face-detection and geo-tagging.

The 12.5mm thick Samsung Omnia supports quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) radio. It is said to run on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and possesses a Touch Wiz UI.

The well-finished Samsung Omnia will be supposedly graced with AT&T’s Video, Music, Mobile TV service and Navigation. This phone comes with both 8GB as well as 16GB storage capacity.
