AT&T Samsung Impulse 4G The highly anticipated Samsung Impulse 4G is geared up to arrive via AT&T. AT&T has announced September 18 to be the day when the Impulse 4G hits stores. What indeed comes as a surprise is the fact that Impulse 4G, powered by Android 2.2, will be made available at a price of $29.99. Thus, clearly targeting those who have always wanted to possess a smartphone but have been discouraged by its rates.

The Samsung Impulse 4G just like other high-end handsets, makes it possible to surf the web, watch videos and check emails. As for the specs, the front panel is embedded with 3.8 inch capacitive WVGA touchscreen that looks stylish in the company of its 120mm x 65mm x 11.6mm profile. This Android slab’s rear side features a 5MP camera complete with auto-focus, flash, and 720p HD video recording capabilities.
