Samsung a167 Windows Mobile smartphoneThe Samsung a167, a New Windows Mobile-powered smartphone now hops on to the AT&T network and shares its shelf space with the wide range of phones from AT&T. This handset is classified under the GoPhone family which allows users to pay-as-you-go. Recently AT&T has added this phone under their online shopping list via their official website.

In terms of specifications, the Samsung a167 supports dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (850/1900 MHz) and a 128 x 160 internal CSTN display. If you are a fan of clicking pictures from your phone, check out the a167’s 1.3 MP VGA camera that also offers 4x zoom.

There are text messaging services for users to send quick messages to their friends and family. This small and lightweight flip phone is pocket-friendly and also boasts to be lightweight and vibrant with a user-friendly and stylish design. It packs in Instant Messaging capabilities with AOL, Windows Live and Yahoo! Messenger. Features such as Mobile Email, wireless internet access and GSM/GPRS offer mobility in terms of accessing internet and email while on the go.

It has up to 3 hours of talk time and up to 252 hours of standby time. Its dimensions are 3.54 x 1.83 x 0.78 inches and weighs 3.1 ounces. It packs in an internal memory storage of 2 MB, however doesn’t seem to feature an external memory card slot.
