AT&T has unleashed a new application for the iPhone called the AT&T myWireless Mobile. This application offers a quick and easy way for iPhone users to manage their account and billing settings directly from their devices.
Complementing AT&T’s myWireless service on its website, the mobile edition for iPhone provides a simple way to virtually manage all the elements of an account. The myWireless Mobile app lets users view all voice and data usage, text messages, monthly bills, payment options as well as browse and manage bolt-on features.
David Huntley, senior vice president, eCommerce & Sales Centers, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets comments, “Our goal is to make the AT&T experience seamless and easy, and as much about the customer as possible,” he further went on to say, “Our new AT&T myWireless Mobile app gives iPhone customers more freedom to manage, customize and update their wireless voice and data needs whenever and wherever. Customers can view minutes, add new features, update payment information and download their entire bill with added ease plus peace-of-mind with anytime, anywhere access.”
This application provides all prominent account billing details such as last payment amount and date, current balance and its due date in addition to full bill details in PDF format. Users can also make full or partial payments as well as select payment methods and preferences.
The AT&T myWireless Mobile app will certainly be a boon for parents managing multiple AT&T accounts within a family plan. Parents can view overall family usage or view individual account including text messages received and sent, data usage, Mobile to Mobile and Rollover usage.
Additionally, users can access several AT&T features like AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless, texting and data plans. Moreover, customers can also explore and learn more about various features available via AT&T or add and remove features to and from their account.
