AT&T Call International VoIP App

For keeping its customers well connected to their loved ones overseas, the new AT&T Call International VoIP app has been launched. This application allows for international long distance (ILD) calling at a low price.

Through the latest AT&T app, customers will be able to make calls from the U.S. to international numbers. The same applies for when they are abroad and in such cases, users will be charged the same low rates while using the app over Wi-Fi. Users can conveniently manage their accounts online and are enabled to make as many calls as they wish to sans any monthly recurring charges or hidden call fees, at least that’s what the carrier claims.

Created with and operated by 8×8 Inc., the application offers users a set of simple, step-by-step instructions to register an AT&T Call International account. All calls made via the AT&T VoIP app are billed directly to customers’ credit cards. After establishing the account, users can immediately start making international calls with the app, either by dialing directly or by accessing the existing contacts list.

While it is capable of working on all the versions of the iPhone, this AT&T app is supported by select Android and BlackBerry handsets too. These include the AT&T Impulse 4G, HTC Inspire 4G, Motorola Atrix 4G, Samsung Captivate 3G, BlackBerry Curve 8320/8310/8900/8520/9330 and Torch 9800/9810, amongst others.

The AT&T Call International VoIP app can now be downloaded for free from the Android Market, Apple App Store and the BlackBerry AppWorld.
