The Asus Transformer Pad 300 and Infinity series of tablets running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, were recently declared at the MWC 2012, which is currently being held in Barcelona. Besides these two slates, the company also unveiled the Transformer Pad Prime and the Asus PadFone at the ongoing event.

Sporting a sleek and elegant form factor, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 operates on a 1.2GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor. It is embedded with a 10.1-inch multitouch WXGA 1280 × 800p resolutions LED backlight display which features a 178° wide viewing angle IPS panel. Users are allowed to take videos and photos via the 8MP rear facing autofocus camera featuring an F/2.2 large aperture and conduct video conferences through the 1.3MP front facing snapper.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity

The Transformer Pad Infinity comes in two versions namely, one supporting 4G LTE connectivity and the other with support for Wi-Fi. While the former variant runs on a 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM 8960 Snapdragon S4 Krait dual core CPU, the Wi-Fi version is powered by a 1.6GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 T33 quad-core processor. The Infinity boasts of a 10.1-inch 1920 × 1200p resolutions FHD Super IPS+ touchscreen with a 178° wide viewing angle, which is coated with durable Corning Gorilla Glass 2. Providing a battery life of up to 10 hours, this tablet possesses an 8MP main camera and a 1.2MP secondary snapper.
