Alltel gives access to nuTsie, an application for music lovers

America’s largest network, Alltel has recently revealed that it will now offer its customers unlimited access to nuTsie. The premier carrier to offer this service, you can now get up close with iTunes music, new music and much more.

Kristi Crum, director of multimedia content for Alltel Wireless, remarked, “Our customers are now relying on their wireless phones to provide entertainment as well as reliability. The launch of nuTsie will maximize the music capabilities on their phones so they can now easily listen to their favorite music from iTunes, no matter where they go.”

Dave Dederer, Vice President of Business Development at Melodeo and founding member of the GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum rock band The Presidents of the United States of America added further, “nuTsie offers Alltel Wireless customers an easy, inexpensive way to access their iTunes libraries on the go and to hear new music from other users’ playlists and from our own programmed music.”

Available on more than 10 Alltel wireless handsets, users can now listen to playlists from their iTunes music libraries. Users will have an added benefit of listening to recommended music based on their playlists in addition to exploring thousands of playlists from other users and nuTsie’s music experts. Introducing you to a completely new world of music right at your fingertips, you can also share these playlists with friends across the Internet and on their mobile devices.

Developed by Melodeo, a leader in mobile and online media, the nuTsie application will now be available on a wide array of handsets including MOTORAZR V3m and V3c, MOTOKRZR K1m, MOTORAZR2 V9m and MOTOROKR Z6m along with the LG handsets that include the AX565, The Wave, the AX8600 and Samsung handsets like MuseTM, the Alltel Hue and The Wafer. The coming months should see more Alltel handsets supporting nuTsie.

Wireless handsets can now avail the nuTsie for $4.99 a month or $19.99 for one year and can be accessed by visiting Alltel Shop located on the handset.
