Bharti Airtel is brimming with a new service called the ‘My Airtel My Offer’ for its loyal customers. This service lets prepaid customers know more about the new offerings most suited to them.
With My Airtel My Offer, users can select the best available product and service in the areas of tariff packages, recharge denominations, value-added services, validity periods and other promotional offers. The aim of this service is to let customers know more about various offers that suit their requirements without being disturbed by unnecessary SMS’s.
Raghunath Mandava, chief marketing officer, mobile services, Airtel, states, “Based on an understanding of customers’ usage behaviour and further aided by technology and systems, My Airtel My Offer service has been developed with a unique ability to suggest the right product/offer to each customer within Airtel’s network.”
To take complete advantage of this service, users can dial 12131 (toll free number) from their mobile phones. Moreover, customers can also interact with the IVR in their local language. The products and offers are customized according to the customer’s past usage.
Airtel customers can also dial 12131 to know more regarding the offer of the day. The My Airtel My Offer has been launched only on the IVR platform as of now, but it will be available via SMS and USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) soon.
