Micromax’s affordable Bolt Q335 smartphone seen online

A fresh challenger is all set to enter the league of extremely affordable 3G smartphones in India in the form of the new Micromax Bolt Q335 which has just been listed on the company’s official website. We’re calling it ‘extremely affordable’ judging by its specs alone, as we don’t have any word on what its price will be.

The Micromax Bolt Q335 is for those looking for entry-level Android devices. It hence doesn’t bother to offer the latest software, settling instead for the Android 4.4.2 KitKat variant which has become quite ancient but still provides a satisfying user experience.

The dual SIM Bolt Q335 boasts of a 4.5-inch FWVGA TFT monitor. Its rear camera can click 5MP images, and is accompanied by an LED flash as well. What’s disappointing however, is that it features a fixed focus mechanism. A 2MP front facing snapper is also available on the device.
