New Meizu M1 Note smartphone launched at Rs 11999

The Meizu M1 Note phablet went official a couple of days back, but no price details were shared for the smartphone. Well, the company has now come clean about the device’s retail tag and while we expected it to sell for under Rs 10000, it will instead go on sale for Rs 11999 today.

The Meizu M1 Note is the first launch in India from the Chinese OEM which has many other attractive devices that we hope to see arrive in the near future. The company has partnered with Amazon to offer the phone in the country which will be openly available instead of via flash sales like what the competition is currently doing.

However, there is a good chance that Meizu could implement the other strategy for its other devices in the future. The smartphone in question is being criticized for its iPhone 5C-like design and the image above clearly shows you why. The handset is an upper mid-range option as it packs a 1080p display and an octa core processor.
