100000 units of Xiaomi Redmi 1S to go up for sale this time on October 14

The Xiaomi Redmi 1S phone has probably crossed the 300000 mark in buyers with the recent Diwali sale and it isn’t slowing down as 100000 more units of the smartphone will be made available on October 14. Registrations for the next sale have already commenced and retailer Flipkart notes that over 200000 people have signed up.

Earlier this week, the Chinese OEM put up a total of 150000 units of the Xiaomi Redmi 1S on Flipkart. However, it didn’t implement its flash sale approach as the phone was available for quite a long time. But don’t expect it to get the same treatment when it hits availability status next week.

In news other than that, the Mi 3 smartphone has been permanently discontinued in India. The final sale took place earlier this week where 25000 units of Xiaomi Redmi 1S were put up for grabs, but only to customers who have repeatedly attempted to purchase the handset with no luck.
