Panasonic Eluga A comes to India for Rs 9490, sports a 5-inch screen and quad core CPU

The Panasonic Eluga A Android smartphone which has been launched in India for a price of Rs 9490, comes with a 5-inch touchscreen and quad core Snapdragon processor to boot. This puts it in direct competition with the Asus ZenFone 5 that has been enjoying quite a run on Flipkart since it was released last month.

The introduction of Panasonic Eluga A handset comes just days after its beefier cousin called the Panasonic Eluga U was rolled out in the country. Comparatively, the Eluga A grabs slightly less impressive specs. Its 5-inch IPS display offers visuals in an FWGA resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.
