LG F70 expect to land in India with 4G LTE capabilities and Rs 19500 price tag

With the listing of the LG F70 smartphone on its official Indian website, it looks like the South Korean company is ready to debut its range of affordable LTE-capable smartphones in the country. Priced at Rs 19500, this device is still to be made available officially, but the listing confirms that it’s ready to hit the market soon.

LG had unveiled the F70 handset back in February at the MWC as an LTE device goes easy on the wallet. It is being sold right now in the US and other important markets, and it’s now finally India’s turn to take advantage of the handset to access high-speed 4G Internet that Airtel has started offering in some areas.

It’s an Android 4.4 KitKat smartphone that is fueled by a high-end 1.2GHz quad core processor sitting atop a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset. 4GB of storage space is accessible through this LG phone and of course, there’s scope for further expansions thanks to its microSD card slot which supports 32GB of added storage.

There’s no word on when its maker is planning to officially release the LG F70 in India, but at least we now know that it will be priced at Rs 19500.
