The Asus ZenFone series is selling like hot cakes in India and the company is yet again restocking the e-commerce website with a whopping 100000 smartphone units. That’s certainly a lot of phones and they’ll probably be needed considering that it’s the festive season and all.
As usual, there’s no word on how many units of each handset is being offered, but you can expect to see all models of the Asus ZenFone series in stock. 100000 units were shipped to India earlier this month to meet the demand and also take advantage of the festive season and an additional 100000 phones mean that the company is likely to break its sales record by the end of this month.
In Q3, Asus managed to sell a total of 280000 smartphones, so 200000 units in just a month is something to write home about. The lineup comprises of four handsets, each catering to a different size requirement and price point. The smallest model is the ZenFone 4 which comes in 4-inch and 4.5-inch options.
Asus is also offering a 5-inch and a 6-inch model, both of which have been listed as out of stock several times, especially the former phone. All devices are powered by second generation Intel Atom processors and can be updated to Android 4.4. They’re also amongst the most attractive releases you’ll find in the budget market.
