Samsung Gravity T459When we say T-Mobile, the spotlight these days is on the highly awaited G1 Android phone. However the company is also offering other handsets. The most recent phone revealed through T-Mobile is the Samsung Gravity T459.

Earlier dubbed as the Holic, the Samsung Gravity appears to be more of a multimedia and messaging device with not one of the best designs in town. Yes if you look at the picture, you see a very plain looking handset.

Attributed with a full QWERTY keyboard that slides out just like in the Samsung Messenger, the Samsung Gravity should catch the fantasy of those who are obsessed with texting and can’t hold conversations for too long. The phone comes with video and messaging features along with a 1.3 megapixel camera and MyFaves capability.

Other characteristics include a stereo Bluetooth, a GPRS antenna and EDGE data networks support, a mobile email client for easy access of email addresses and internet browsing via T-Mobile’s Web2Go service. With music capability, the Samsung Gravity is additionally accessorized with wireless backup support, microSDHC expansion slot, microUSB port and speakerphone.

While the cat hasn’t been let out of the bag as far as the price is concerned, the Samsung Gravity is slated to be released on November 17th, 2008 in Lime with Gray and Aqua with White colors.
