Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ officially got unleashed upon the world at a pre-MWC 2018 event in Barcelona. The handsets look pretty much the same as before, but have gotten enhanced with a variable aperture camera, AR Emojis, and dual speakers. The company has now opened up pre-bookings for the pair in India.
The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are actually going up for pre-orders in some markets on March 2 followed by sales on March 16. The situation is a bit different in India since Samsung hasn’t announced dates for either of them. It’ll probably host a launch event at some point in March and release the duo before the month is up.
For now, you can choose to be a super early bird by pre-booking the Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+. You’ll have to pay Rs 2000 for this privilege. The amount will get deducted from the price of the model. The brand will alert you when the balance amount has to be paid and how much the total will come to.
If the remaining sum doesn’t get paid by the deadline, Samsung will refund Rs 2000 back to you within 7 days. This is a good measure since there might be a few who change their minds about the phone once they learn its cost. The South Korean firm isn’t offering any special deal for early bookers, so the only advantage here is that they’ll be the first to get their hands on the smartphones.
