The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus have officially gotten launched in India and are set to hit shelves on May 5. Pre-orders are live now and can be placed via offline outlets, Flipkart, and the brand’s site until May 4.

Samsung is trying to entice people into pre-booking the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus by promising a free Convertible Wireless Charger worth Rs 3499. It’s also tied up with Reliance Jio for a Double Data offer that gives away up to 448GB of 4G data over a period of 8 months. Participants will have to commit to a monthly recharge of Rs 309 in order to be eligible for the deal.

The Galaxy S8 will set buyers back by Rs 57900, while the Galaxy S8 Plus requires them to cough up Rs 64900. The former is available in gold and black color options and the latter in gold, black, and blue. The company has notably brought the Exynos 8895 variant here rather than the Snapdragon 835 one, just like it’s done in the past.
