Bango intros Get on My Mobile Bango Button

Bango logo Bango has introduced the innovative ‘Get On My Mobile’ Bango Button. It is useful for social websites, media sharing site, forum and blog. The button enables mobile phone users to share their content on social websites. Thus, the gap between computer and mobile phones has thinned.

Multimedia files like photos and music files can be easily shared with a push of a button.
The users can make available their content on social websites like Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr, Bebo, Friendster, LinkedIn, Blogger, Orkut and
WordPress.

A Bango Button can link directly to photos stored on a PC website, automatically resizing them for different mobile phones and presenting the download page. This removes the need to make them mobile ready or have them located on a mobile website.

    LiquidMAPS MobilePeople, a local mobile search and advertising solution provider has announced the launch of its mobile map service known as liquid MAPs for directory publishers, directory enquiry and media companies.

    This application is different from any other mobile maps currently available in the market as it utilizes Scaleable Vector Graphics (SVG) embedded in the Java environment.     Sagem Bleu 454x Sagem has launched a new phone called the Sagem Bleu 454x which is well-designed and reasonably priced. The new Bleu 454x weighs 75 grams and measures less than 10.3 mm thin.

    India’s largest telecom provider Reliance Communication plans to extend their network coverage to 600,000 villages by 2008 and thus announced the launch of a nation-wide contest for developing rural mobile applications.

    Conducted under the Reliance Developer Programme which was launched in December 2002 to provide a unique platform to developer community in India to innovate, ideate, showcase and participate in developing path breaking and marketable applications.

    China Mobile, China Unicom in talks with Apple over iPhone launch

    iPhone launch in China Telecom operators China Mobile and China Unicom are in talks with Apple in order to introduce the iPhone in the Chinese market.

    However, China Unicom currently is not planning to initiate talks with Apple for the launch of iPhone, but they also say they could be open to the idea.

    Unicom Executive Director Li Zhengmao said on a possible deal with Apple: “Right now, we don’t have any plans to introduce Apple’s iPhones in China. But of course, we’re always willing to discuss a good business opportunity if it presents itself. As for whether we’ll talk about iPhones with Apple, you’ll have to ask Apple.”

    So as to make Apple iPhone popular in China they would have to customize the device to offer support for local languages, said Zhengmao.

    Sony Ericsson has launched the W910i, its latest Walkman series phone in India. The new W910i offers two unique features related to music- Shake Control and SensMe. It also offers auto rotate capabilities.

    The Sony Ericsson W910i has a large 2.63-inch bright crystal 262,000 TFT screen which is just 86 grams and 12.5 mm slim.

    The W910i is feature packed with HSDPA which provides high-speed Web access for faster downloads.
