mInfo and Incesoft Logo mInfo is going to join hands with Incesoft, a IM search robot for Chinese users to bring advanced conversational search in their mother tongue especially for Chinese MSN instant messenger users.

As Alvin Wang Graylin, CEO of mInfo commented, “Currently there are over 80 million mobile instant messaging users in China. With this number having grown over 400% just in this year, it’s clear to see the promising future of IM on mobile devices and the pending need for search capabilities by these users.”

Motorola ROKR E8 Handset Leaked As we know there are many new mobile phones coming up in the market day in and day out. And now there is news from FCC stating details about Motorola’s ROKR E8.

Motorola’s ROKR E8 is said to be a music-centric phone and doesn’t have a touch screen.

The ROKR E8 is expected to have other features which include micro-USB port, camera, stereo Bluetooth, EDGE data, microSD memory card slot and a landscape display.

Apparently the handset is said to be in a candy bar form with flat keypad. The handset is in glossy black color surface. It also has four actuators under the keypad for haptic feedback.

There is no other news about the handset’s launch, etc. Let’s hope it is introduced soon.

Adtec AD-HSM10 Bluetooth Headset Unveiled

Adtec AD-HSM10 Bluetooth Headset Adtec has introduced a new Bluetooth headset called Adtec AD-HSM10 which is claimed to be the world’s smallest Bluetooth headset.

This Bluetooth headset is only 9×0.86×1.2-inches and weighs merely 0.01 ounces or 5 grams. These figures show how small the Bluetooth’s size is.

The Adtec AD-HSM10 headset comes in two colors, namely Silver and Titanium.

It initially has to be charged for 8 hours but later requires only 2 hours of charging and claims 3-hours talk-time or 100 hours of standby.

The Bluetooth is very compact and fits in the user’s ears comfortably.

The Adtec AD-HSM10 is expected to launch by January 2008-end for an approximate cost of $78.

NTT DoCoMo Teams up with Google, offering Search Engine on Handsets

NTT DoCoMo and Google Logo NTT DoCoMo, a popular mobile carrier in Japan, has joined hands with Internet search engine Google to offer Internet search and email services on mobile phones.

The users will now be able to access Google search, email, scheduling and photo saving features through NTT DoCoMo’s i-Mode.

NTT DoCoMo’s main aim is to allow users to easily gain access to Google search engine on mobile phones.

Too Much Text Messaging is Harmhul A 20-year-old New Zealand-based student named Fleur de Vere Beavis sends as many as 100 text messages from her mobile phone daily. Thanks to which a newspaper reporter stated about a case, which is apparently the first case of a person getting texting tenosynovitis, also known as text message’s thumb.
