Nokia 100 and dual SIM 101 feature phones to soon land in India

Introducing them as its most affordable phones till date, Nokia is planning to soon release the 100 and 101 feature phones in India. The Nokia 101 is expected to be available in a few weeks while the 100 will hit store shelves in October.

Nokia has also tied up with network carrier Airtel to put forth some advantageous offers. As part of these offers, potential users can avail of benefits like 100 minutes of free Airtel to Airtel talk time for the first month, 400 national and local SMS free per month. Consumers can carry over these offers to the second month with a minimum recharge.

The Nokia 101, a dual SIM device, is capable of saving settings for up to five SIM cards. The handset comes with a MP3 player and FM radio. Also, it has external memory expandable up to 16GB. On the other hand, the Nokia 100 offers entertainment with an integrated FM radio. The Nokia money and life tools services for both devices will offer access to locally relevant information like healthcare, education, agriculture and entertainment.

The Nokia 100 will be available in India for a price of Rs. 1, 399. The Nokia 101 will flaunt color options like black and red which can be grabbed for a price of Rs. 1, 699.
