The Nextbit Ember Robin has officially been launched after the red handset was teased by the company a few weeks ago. The phone is already up for sale in the US and is all set to arrive in India next week priced at Rs 19999.
Just like the original version, the Nextbit Ember Robin will also be a Flipkart-exclusive offering. The handset had arrived here back in May this year in midnight and mint colors. It should be noted that the new red and black iteration is being produced in limited quantities as a summer-special deal.
Other than the bright change-up in color, the Ember Robin still offers the same set of specs as the original. The company has also started rolling out the August update for the cloud-first phone to its beta users. The software upgrade lets people keep videos in the cloud and introduces the latest security patches.

It also improves upon the thermal tuning system for the Nexbit smartphone in order to keep the handset cooler during multitasking. The brand is also promising to send out Android Nougat in the fourth quarter of the year, claiming that the upgrade will improve the battery life of the device.
