The Micromax Canvas Laptab has been launched with Windows 10 pre-loaded, making the hybrid 2-in-1 device the first product by the brand to be based on the new OS. It’s still priced at Rs 14999 and will be sold via offline and online retailers across the country.
Other than the upgraded OS, the Micromax Canvas Laptab still retains the same specs it had when it was launched earlier this year. To recall, it’s powered by a 1.33GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor, which can go up to 1.83GHz in Burst mode. The device contains 2GB of DDR3L RAM and 32GB of internal space, expandable up to 64GB.
The single-SIM Canvas Laptab has one USB 2.0 port and one microUSB slot. It houses a 2MP primary and secondary camera. The gadget possesses a 10.1-inch IPS WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It runs on a 7700mAh battery which the company claims is able to survive for 10 hours of continuous usage.

The device has dual speakers on its rear surface. Micromax is still offering the hybrid laptop with 100GB of Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage and a year’s subscription to Office 365 apps for free. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG. It’s sized at 210.8 x 124.2 x 9.95mm in terms of dimensions and weighs 1.1kg.
