Nokia unveils its new range of mobile phones which lets you personalize these stylish designs named 7610, 7510, 7310 and 7210. These devices will be launched as Nokia’s new Supernova range. Along with quality mobile functionalities they sport bold colors and are aimed at style conscious people.
“As we rely more heavily on mobile phones to stay connected, they increasingly know everything about us and have become a window into our worlds,” said Jo Harlow, vice president, LIVE category, Nokia. “With the Supernova range, we set out to give people the ability to set themselves apart in the same way that they would with a traditional statement accessory.”
The Nokia 7610 Supernova provides Xpress-On covers that lets you choose between ‘steel blue’ and ‘red’ covers with a muted gray front surface, or ‘bright lilac’ and ‘steel blue’ contrasted against a pristine white front surface. It comes with an innovative Theme Colorizer. Some of its features are an instant messaging, TV out for image sharing, a 3.2 megapixel camera, dual LED flash and 8x digital zoom. The Nokia 7610 Supernova allows you to enjoy and manage music. It has an MP3 player, FM-radio, access to Nokia Music Store and dedicated music key.
The Nokia 7510 Supernova has an iconic fold design with a side-key to open it. It has an Xpress-On front and back covers in ‘storm blue’, ‘red’, ’emerald green’ and ‘espresso brown.’ It features a 2.2 inch QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera with NIPS, 4x digital zoom, LED flash and a 512MB microSD card. It is equipped with the new Nokia user friendly web browser that allows easy access to Share on OVI, Nokia Search and Flickr. It also features MP3 player, access to Nokia Music Store, Nokia Music PC Client, a link to YouTube, access to Nokia Music Store, Nokia Maps 1.2 to navigate, supports A-GPS and the Nokia WidSets service.
Nokia 7310 Supernova is a slim and sleek phone with 3D textured designs in ‘steel blue’ and back cover in ‘wasabi green’ or ‘candy pink’. Selected markets will also have front and back cover options like ‘mushroom silver’, ‘plum jam’, ‘electric blue’, ‘yellow mellow’ and ‘espresso brown’. It also features a 2 megapixel camera, 4x digital zoom, TV out for image sharing, instant messaging, FM RDS radio, an MP3 music player and playing the preinstalled games on TV.
The Nokia 7210 Supernova boasts about its chic, slim design and simple design and comes in a ‘bubble gum pink’ and ‘vivid blue’ colors with a gloss finish. It lets you enjoy music from Nokia Music Store as well as manage music with the Nokia Music PC client. It features a 2 megapixel camera, SD memory card slot, access to Flickr and a one click access to share photos.
The Nokia Supernova 7610 and 7210 will be available during third quarter of 2008 and are retail priced at 225 EUR and 120 EUR respectively. The Nokia 7510 will be available in the fourth quarter of 2008 and will cost 180 EUR while the Nokia 7310 is available in second quarter of 2008 a retail price of 155 EUR.
