The Blu Products Quattro 4.5, 4.5 HD and 5.7 HD have been disclosed and the handsets will soon start occupying shelves in the US, now that we have the price tags too. The series will be sold unlocked, keeping in line with previous phones from the manufacturer.

Taking a look at these devices individually, first up is the Quattro 4.5 which has a 4.5-inch qHD screen. This budget smartphone employs a 5MP camera with auto focus for capturing images and videos. Next in line is the HD variant that comes with a host of attractive features which include an 8MP snapper and an f2.4 lens that enable pictures to be taken effectively even in dimly-lit conditions. Externally, its chassis is made of aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass shields the 336ppi display from potential scratches.

For large-sized phone enthusiasts, the manufacturer is introducing the third mobile in the series, the 5.7 HD. It showcases a 5.7-inch 1280 x 720 HD display on the front panel. The rear comprises of an 8MP lens that provides video recording up to 1080p, just like the other two phones. The range will provide connectivity through quad band GSM, 21Mbps HSPA+ and 1700MHz AWS especially for the US market, amongst other attributes.

On the inside, these Android 4.0 phones run on a 1.5GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core processor. The CPU also houses an additional fifth core dedicated to battery saving. While the 4.5-inch and the 5.7-inch handsets have an internal memory of 4GB, the 4.5 HD sits proud with 16GB of storage. All three however do provide the option of expanding the hoarding capacity up to 32GB through an external memory card.

4.5 HD

The cost of the newly launched lineup has been officially announced and the devices will be available soon in the US. The Blu Products Quattro 4.5 and 4.5HD are slated to be launched in the next couple of days and will go on sale for $249.99 and $349.99, respectively. Moreover, the 5.7 HD can be bought for $299.99 with an anticipated release date sometime at the end of March.
