Sony brings forth a vibrant new cluster of headphones

While tech enthusiasts are witnessing numerous new handsets at the ongoing MWC, Sony has decided to line up some headphones to enhance their aural experience. The Japan based company has now shed light on the MDR-MA900, MDR-V55, MDR-ZX600, MDR-EX210, MDR-EX40, MDR-EX 35 and 37, the latest additions to its spring collection.

This entire slew is composed of over-the-ear as well as in-ear peripherals. Among these, the MDR-MA900 model features a full open structure design that makes users’ favorite music sound more natural to the ears by allowing a wider flow. It comes incorporated with a 40mm driver unit, which should enhance the overall output.

A recent post on the official Sony blog mentions, “With all the different types of headphones on the market today, where do people use them the most? The living room and bedroom are the most popular place to use headphones and the preference by far for home listening is over-the-head type. And with recent studies saying walking outside with headphones can be risky, we say stay indoors in the comfort of your own home and enjoy sound that only Sony can produce with our new over the ear models!”

The MDR-V55 and MDR-ZX600 devices will show off a swivel folding architecture and come drenched in shades like black with red piping or white with gray piping. The latter will also show off a gray and orange combination. The series also includes ear candy models like MDR-EX210, MDR-EX40, MDR-EX 35 and 37 which have been painted in funky hues like purple, pink, red, yellow, and more.

Details regarding the Sony headphones release date and availability are still under wraps.
