The Nokia C2-05 and the Nokia X2-05 are the latest feature phones from the Finnish manufacturer to be making its way into the markets.

Both these phones are pre-installed with the Nokia Browser which is enhanced with compression technology. This enables the browser to load web pages at a faster speed and lower cost as compared to other mobile browsers, claims Nokia. It also comes with built-in social networking apps as well as Nokia Store for apps and other multimedia downloads.

Outfitted for social networking fans, the Nokia C2-05 is a compactly build slider handset painted in vivid shades like pink, peacock blue and dynamic grey and flaunting a 2-inch screen. This device is equipped with a VGA camera, media player as well as an FM radio with recorder. The music player supports MP3 and MP4 formats. The external memory is expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card. It allows users connectivity options such as Bluetooth or microUSB as well.

With a standby battery life of up to 25 days and 4 hours of talk time, the Nokia X2-05 plays music through speakers which operate at 106phons. This handset is also geared with a VGA camera, music player along with pre-loaded Twitter and Facebook clients. The candy bar exterior of this device sports a 2.2-inch QVGA display. It can be chosen in color options like black, silver, white and bright red.

Exclusive of local taxes and other subsidies, the Nokia C2-05 will be priced at €50, while the Nokia X2-05 will be available for €46. Both these handsets will start shipping in the last quarter of this year.
