Both these mobile devices benefit from the latest Windows Phone 7 operating system which ensures to be fast, sun and smart. The distinctively designed user interface integrating ‘Live Tiles’ offers users all of the quick hits of information without the hassle of moving between applications. Not only this, Windows Phone vows to put forth fast and easy email setup, an unbeatable mobile gaming experience via Xbox Live and deep integration of Outlook calendar, email and contacts.

For those unaware, this particular functionality is an enhancement to Optik TV that lets users slate Personal Video Recorder recordings using the Internet or select smartphones, as well as viewing and searching the guide.

The new HTC 7 Surround and LG Optimus 7will be made available for $99 on a three-year promotional plan.
