Now adding to that array is a brand new offering dubbed as the Acer Stream which brings along with it state-of-the-art connectivity, sparkling design and reliable performance. All these features are fitted into a stunning compact form-factor which brings loads of entertainment options to mobile aficionados.

Acer Stream is a great option for viewing movies, surfing the Internet and grooving to music. The handset is fashioned using highly resistant materials complete with a vibrant fluid 3D user interface and many technical features infused in an 11.2mm case. Customers are provided with fine graphics and smooth animations which make viewing videos and pictures more clear and fun as well. All information can be easily read from the lock screen widget. Users can easily start all their favorite applications with just a single touch.

Customers can toggle between loads of applications thanks to the inclusion of the History panel which is located on the top part of the Home screen. They can easily rearrange the order of the applications across several pages as per their desire. The Acer Stream is reportedly highly customizable in nature and hence allows consumers to personalize their sound and wallpaper among other things. The company endows the device with three types of predictive keyboards along with a redesigned contacts list and smart dialer.

Also embedded into the handset are loads of popular applications such as Nemo player, Acer UrFooz, Facebook and Twidroid. To entice music lovers, the Acer device also features a free streaming service dubbed as Spinlets for browsing through major music labels and record companies which can then be posted in social networking sites.

The Acer Stream smartphone sports a 3.7” WVGA touchscreen display packed with Amoled technology. It also offers users quick 3G+ connectivity for streaming with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and HSDPA 7.2 MBps. The latest handset houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM as well as the Android version 2.1 operating system.

Loads of high-quality multimedia features are seen incorporated into the handset. These include the recording of HD videos up to 720p, Dolby Mobile quality sound, radio with RDS and UPnP technology. Customers can also take full advantage of the 5MP photocamera and built-in GPS system for geotagging videos and photos. Content can be viewed on a television screen through the HDMI port. The mobile phone boasts of 2GB internal Flash memory and comes bundled with an 8GB memory card. The micro-SD card slot has the ability to support up to 32GB.
