Tech world rumor mills never do seem to rest as some or the other device is constantly popping up on the web, the latest being a mysterious HTC Android 4.0 smartphone. By the looks of it, this handset appears to have a design that most HTC offerings sport and it supposedly runs the new generation Ice Cream Sandwich mobile platform.
These leaked pictures and specs were obtained by Phone Arena which states that the smartphone is most likely to make its debut in the U.S. through Verizon Wireless. The website came to this conclusion going by the network carrier’s trademark 4G LTE logo that can be spotted when the screen on the mobile device loads.
The unknown device features a white back cover and is apparently powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. It should come integrated with 1GB RAM and provide users with fast upload and download speeds owing to the 4G LTE Verizon network that the handset is expected to run on.

The would be owners of this HTC mobile device will be allowed to capture pictures and conduct video chats through the embedded 8MP rear facing primary snapper and the VGA front facing camera. Although the size of the screen has not been specified, it appears to be an AMOLED touchscreen instead of the standard S-LCD used by HTC. Additionally, the phone is very likely to come equipped with the new HTC Sense UI 4.0.
As all of this is only speculative information, details regarding the release date or price of the mysterious HTC smartphone running Ice Cream Sandwich are not yet known.
