AOC Aire Monitor with Docking Station for iPhone to emerge in March

The renowned Apple smartphone has received yet another accessory in the form of the newly unveiled AOC Aire Monitor with Docking Station for iPhone. Measuring 23-inches, the full HD monitor is integrated with a built-in universal docking station for the handset and facilitates instant playback of audio visual content from the device via plug-and-play technology.
The base of the Aire monitor comes equipped with 10 watt built-in speakers that claim to deliver high quality SRS Premium Sound. This 12.9mm slim device sports a sleek appearance with its black bezel and white back. Featuring 50,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, it lets viewers enjoy multimedia content in full HD 1080p resolution.
Robert Velez, Marketing Manager of AOC, elaborated, “The Aire Monitor with Docking Station is the ideal multimedia solution for iPhone and iPod users who want to watch movies or browse photos on a 23-inch high definition flat screen directly from their mobile device. The monitor displays photos and video content on a screen that is 37 times larger than the iPhone that it comes from.”
Along with a response time of 5ms, the AOC display boasts of offering a resolution of 1920 × 1080p at 60Hz. The EPEAT Silver certified device is said to be quite energy efficient and possesses the Dynamic Contrast Boost feature that allows color adjustment in highlighted areas.
The AOC Aire Monitor with Docking Station for iPhone will commence retailing from March in the U.S. for a price of $280.
