A scoop of Google’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich has made its presence felt on the web. The ice cream melts to reveal some leaked snapshots exclusive to Android Police and Rootzwiki. These snapshots give you the first taste of the operating system running on the Google Nexus S.

Indulging into the new treat from Google, a re-themed Gmail and paranoma mode for cameras have seemingly been included. We are sure Google isn’t feeling blue right now, but the operating system is said to follow a theme absorbed in the color.

The notification bar which hasn’t undergone any changes since the release of Eclair has possibly undergone a complete makeover too. The newer attributes are inclusive of a new launcher and app drawer. With NFC gearing up to make its presence felt wordwide, the OS will release with Google Shopper.

The news has it that the Google Nexus Prime will be the first to receive the update, for obvious reasons. For further updates on the Android Ice Cream Sandwich, stay tuned.
