We’ve already reported on Nokia revealing a few snapshots of its Windows Phone 7 handsets with the intention of giving everyone a sneak peek into their upcoming portfolio of offerings. In a Nokia Conversations poll asking users about the expected new features in a Nokia Windows Phone, a whopping 22.12% of participants voted for a unique UI.
According to the official Nokia blog, it appears as if almost 13.28% of voters are gaming enthusiasts since they hope to see Xbox games available on their device in the near future. Around 8.97% of users have opted for seamless Windows desktop integration so that they can get their work done on time while easily shuffling between desktops and handsets. Since ensuring a smooth updating process is as important as rolling out newer updates, the rapid update schedule alternative included in the poll took 8.5% of the votes.
Approximately 7.72% of voters wanted the inclusion of Internet Explorer 9, with hopes of a higher resolution screen close behind at 7.4% votes. As few as 2.99% of users would like to see Silverlight integration and just over 6.4% of poll participants voted for Integrated Outlook on their Windows Phone. The ‘other’ option received the most votes with 22.61% in favor of it.
