Google releases new YouTube Mobile App

Walking on air with YouTube Mobile App? Lend an ear to this tiding and reach on cloud nine. According to the official Google Mobile Blog, the latest version of the YouTube Mobile app, version 2.4, has just breezed in for Windows Mobile and Nokia S60 phones.

The YouTube Mobile app is designed to be the fastest way to find and play a video on one’s smartphone. The new release comes with search query suggestions, ‘My Account’ support, and a new homescreen user interface that is optimized for larger screen.

Now when users log into their YouTube account on the mobile device, they can easily view their favorites, subscriptions and playlists from wherever they are. Apart from this, when users type into YouTube search box, they get relevant suggestions. This particular feature saves on typing which is especially useful for mobile phones where text input may be difficult.

To download the app, users can simply visit m.youtube.com/app in their phone’s browser.
