Keeping an eye on that sensitive mobile phone has always been a tedious task for busy users. Offering a solution for such users, OtterBox has recently unboxed an all-new Commuter Series case for the Nokia N97.

The newly revealed solution steps in as an ideal way to keep users going all over the globe without worrying about their handheld technology. The Commuter Series line protects the device from everyday bumps and shock with three slender, yet sturdy layers.

“The Commuter Series case for the Nokia N97 is the perfect solution to keep your slide device safe,” stated OtterBox CEO Curt Richardson. “The unique two-piece design allows you to easily access the keyboard without sacrificing protection or functionality.”

The first layer is a self-adhering clear film that protects the touchscreen from scratches. The second layer is a durable silicone mid-layer that dissipates impact away from the device. Finally, the third layer is a two-piece, custom-molded, polycarbonate shell that snaps around the silicone of the back and the screen frame on the front to proffer additional protection and a smooth finish.

Ensuring complete accessibility, all buttons and features of the mobile device, including the QWERTY keyboard and tilting screen display, remain fully functional through the case. Further, the silicone plug helps in fending off dust and dirt while bringing access to all ports. A microfiber cleaning cloth and installation card are also included with every sleek Commuter Series case.

The Commuter Series case for Nokia N97 can now be snapped up for $34.95.
